10 Powerful Reasons to Start a Home Based Business

Home Based Business has now become a buzz word where ever you go. The key question is, why do so many people want to go into business of working for themselves from home? The revelations are amazing and in this post I want to share with you 10 most powerful reasons why you should join the train of work from home entrepreneurs.

Most home based entrepreneurs are intrigued by the fact of working from home and not wading in morning and evening traffic to work day and night. One other appealing fact is that, you no more have to answer to your boss’s whims and caprices.

The best among all is the fact that in this quick and fast world where your income is devoured by so many social demands, it will always be beneficial to have an extra income coming from some other source apart from your main 8 to 5 job.

Many have a slight idea of what could be achieved from a home based business but majority will be willing to fully embark on it if they are aware of these salient points I’m about to share with you now. Make a critical study of these 10 major beneficial points on working from home, and I guarantee once you take a careful look at them, your desire to start a home base business will soar high.

With that said, let’s go to reason #1.

1. Be your own Boss.

Ever thought of being your own Boss before?

You must also know that it’s not only the pride in being a boss but the ability to now think and make quality decision by yourself without anyone instructing and guiding you. But I must say that, after all is said and done, the experience and the confidence you gain far outweigh even the money and the freedom that comes with it.

Most millionaires will tell you that, the one most exciting thing they gain for being rich is not the money but who they become in terms of experience, discipline, associations etc.

2. Work when and how you want.

You may be working for a boss or for an organization but you always dread Monday mornings when you have to start another boring week after a long week end. When the alarm clock goes off you have no choice but to wake up and get going otherwise you could be fired for being late.

Yes, in most instances like this we all wish the business is ours so we could sleep a while and go as and when we like. For a home business, you could set your own working hours and if you are the type who loves to sleep during the early hours of the day, then you could just cuddle up in bed and sleep a little more.

But be aware of the fact that, running a home based business does not also give you the ability to just do things haphazardly without discipline, commitment and consistency. What started as a good dream could easily become a nightmare and that’s what has resulted in most dot bombs you see around today.

3. Job Security Issues are No More

Running your own home based business puts you in the seat of the boss; you are now the one who hires and fires. You are indomitable, you are the one holding the job, you call all the shots, and no one ever fires you.

You no more think of what happens during cut back and retrenchments, you are no more afraid of whether the company is going bankrupt or not. The issue of job security is now nipped in the bud once and for all.

4. You can start Part Time

Most people look at a home based business as something they can only do on full time and for that matter the fear of stopping their main job and starting a home based job has always created scary moments for them because of the risk of failure.

One good thing about starting a home based business especially an online business is to start small on part time till you are able to grow it into a fully matured business that can take care of your needs and wants.

Working 2 hours a day may be a good starting point for you. Exercise yourself and see some amount of money coming in and then add more hours and see much more before taking that deep leap to stop your day job. Don’t try to do all at a go. Take it easy one day at a time and before you realize you will be there.

5. Your personal confidence will soar

After just a few successes in your home based business, you will realize that your confidence will soar so high. You can now confidently hit your chest and say, yes, I have what it takes to start earning money online or make money from home.

Most times, it’s not so much about the money but the ability to prove to yourself that you can also work towards a goal and get it achieved. Also knowing for a fact that, success begets success, you will soon find yourself moving on to higher heights and crossing barriers you were not able to cross before.

6. You acquire a new level of discipline

As interesting and exciting as a home based business may be, it still requires some level of discipline and commitment to actually see it through to success. Where you do not develop the necessary discipline associated with being your own boss, you will finally observe everything crumbling at your feet.

The required discipline necessary to turn a home based business to success will definitely change your make up by the time you are through with it. It is therefore always good to realize that, it is not just about the money that you will make, but most of all, the discipline and the attitude it will leave within you.

7. You acquire and develop new skills and knowledge

It is impossible to remain at the same skill and knowledge level if you truly immerse yourself into your home based business. Let’s take an online business for instance, before you can truly perfect such a home based business, there are so many skills you need to develop and also certain specialized knowledge needs to be acquired.

It therefore goes without saying that, a successful home based business person will definitely ends up with a series of skills and specialized knowledge up his sleeve. The majority of these specialized skills and knowledge can only be acquired through hands-on practical experience.

8. You may earn a lot of money

Money is a reward for solving a problem; it therefore means that in order to have more money, it’s paramount that you have to solve more problems. It is also not a good decision to start a particular home based business because of the money involved. It is always good to start by doing what you love and the money will follow. As you love what you do, and you are able to help enough other people to get what they want, you will also get what you want.

Feel free to follow your passion without necessarily thinking about money. As you enjoy what you do, you will naturally involve your whole heart and this passion will show on the outside causing people to now respond to your call.

9. You can have freedom

After all is said and done, the key reason why most people want to engage in a home based business is the freedom. When you plan your activities well and you are able to achieve your goals, it’s quite possible to experience both financial and time freedom.

This level of freedom is what every worker yearns for but has eluded many. Freedom to do what you want, when you want it. Freedom to travel and go on vacation whilst your business keeps making money day in day out.

10. You can retire early

Should you be successful at your work from home business and you are earning enough, you could invest your money for it to work for you and go on early retirement. It has been the dream of many to retire early but the means to do so is just not there. With a very successful home based business, this could be achieved with hard work, dedication and commitment.

Many have done it, you are not the first so gird up your loins, fold up your sleeves and get ready to embark on this fruitful journey. There is no limit to what you can do, every good journey starts with the first step, take yours now.

So, this is it;

Motivation And The Home Based Business Owner

Many people who start a home based business are not successful. The reasons why people fail will differ from person to person. I want to have a closer look at the theories of motivation to analyse some of the reasons for failure.

Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Due to the structure of this industry, most of the home based business owners do not employing other people on a full time basis. They do not report to a boss on work progress on a regular basis, they do not interact with fellow workers on a daily basis as people working fulltime in a formal job do.

The motivation is totally different for the home based business owner. We must understand it to be optimally motivated every day in this environment.

Quite a lot of the people become involved in a home based business programme due to good salesmanship and not after they have done their homework. They have high expectations of making big bucks quickly, without much effort or work and study.

False Assumptions About Motivation And The Home Based Business

Many people believe that the motivation of people is only money and biological drives like hunger.

Studies have proven that the ability of money to provide motivation is very limited. It is only motivating people when they have a relatively small, simple task to perform over a short period of time. The more complex and long term the task is, the less money will be a true motivation factor.

Having a good lifestyle or the ability to travel and see the world will be considered by many people as nice to have. The big question is whether it will really motivate somebody to perform and work hard over time on a daily basis.

Most of the people that join a home based business group are motivated to join because of the guru or salesman telling them about the new lifestyle and the big money they can earn. The problem is that motivation does not last. It is not enough or a good enough motivating factor to keep that individual slogging and working hard every day.

I believe the fact that the real motivation of people is not being understood well enough in this industry by the gurus is one of the main reasons why so many people join but are not successful in making the big bucks that can be made with the programme.

Newer Theories Of Motivation And The Home Based Business Owner

People will not be motivated in their daily task if their basic needs are not satisfy. Their basic needs are not necessarily the potential better lifestyle or big bucks on some future date.

People are only motivated in the long run if they are doing something that is their passion or that interests them, something that they feel is meaningful. They must have a feeling of being part of a community. They must work for, be part of, and believe that they are working towards something much bigger than themselves. They must build a legacy. This legacy is not the life on the beach or travelling.

Understanding these true motivational factors of people is missing in the marketing strategies of most home based business owners when they sell their product and try to motivate people that have joined their team. Let’s have a closer look at them.

Autonomy And The Home Based Business Owner

One of the big motivational factors for people is autonomy. This is the beauty of the home based business. This is the kind of job somebody can do where he does have absolute autonomy. He has control over his time, tasks, techniques and the people he wants to work with. He does not have a boss to report to.

The home based business owner has complete autonomy over everything he does. He must develop his own business plan, set his own goals, develop his own time scales, decide for himself on his training programmes, and have his own daily plans.

I believe the importance of this as a motivational factor is not being used properly in this industry. Reasons for failure are due to the fact that many people starting out in this industry do not understand all the basic processes involved in planning a business and managing it on a day-to-day basis. More assistance is needed to assist home based business owners in this.

Mastery

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.” – Aristotle

People are motivated if they feel that they have learned something, have developed a new skill, applied that skill successfully, and are making progress in the development of their own abilities. They must see and feel the progress. They must be able to measure and evaluate their progress regularly. The athlete preparing for a big event has a training programme. He knows where he wants to be on a specific future date. He is planning his daily exercise programme and is monitoring his progress regularly. That is the only way he can be assured that he will be in top physical form and mental state on the day of the competition. He is being motivated daily during the slogging period of exercise and preparations because he has a dream, a goal, a plan are taking action, monitor his progress daily and give him feedback on the progress.

The same principle applies to the home based business owner. He must know what he wants to achieve. He must have a plan on how he wants to get there and he has to monitor his progress daily.

There is so much knowledge that a home based business owner has to master and learn. He can be overwhelmed by that. He might not have a plan and priorities. By taking small steps every day he will not be motivated daily to keep on taking action and to work towards his goal. He will lose interest.

Purpose

Money or profits have a limited ability to motivate people. We are motivated in the long run if there is purpose in our life. We want to belong also and be part of a bigger community. We want to contribute to others. We want to find meaning in life. In his theories of motivation, Maslow called it self-actualisation. There must be a purpose bigger than ourselves in life.

I believe that in the home based business industry this is not getting enough attention. People are losing interest and becoming demotivated because the emphasis in the industry is on the “self”; my lifestyle, my travel, the way I want to spend my time, I do want to earn big bucks fast.

We must develop a way to motivate people by giving them a bigger purpose in their lives that they can work for or be part of. Every day they must feel that through their daily actions or work, they will improve their own financial situation, but they will also contribute towards the lives of other and build their legacy.

The home based business must look at the integration of social entrepreneurship as an integral part of the industry. We must also develop ways to support and motivate people working with us.

The Lessons For The Home Based Business

“A real decision is measured by the fact that you’ve taken a new action. If there’s no action, you haven’t truly decided.” – Tony Robbins

It is a science to motivate people and keep them motivated. In the home based business programme, there are too many people who start but lose interest after some time. The rate of failure is too high. If failure is being defined as people not achieving in the industry what they believed they could or should have achieved, the real reason for this must be determined. My view is that the importance of the correct application of the basic theories of motivation is not being applied correctly in the industry.

The nature of the home based business lends itself to apply the theories of motivation much better. The environment to motivate people is much better than in the more formal work environment. By applying some of the theories of motivation in our business, we will make more people successful and in the process everybody working together will be more successful.

Join our team and we will keep you motivated. Your success is our success. You can reach the sky if you dream-it-plan-it-do-it daily. It will not happen overnight but remember it is a journey to your goal, not a happening.

Let us work together to make you successful.

The Economic Importance Of The Home Based Business Industry

DEFINING THE HOME BASED BUSINESS

The home based business can be defined as a business whose primary office is in the owner’s home. The business can be any size or any type, as long as the office itself is located in a home.

In the USA, there are about 6.6 million home based businesses that generate at least 50% of the owner’s household income.(a)

“If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams and endeavors to live the life he has imagined, he will meet with success unimagined in common hours.” – Thoreau

ESTIMATES OF THE TOTAL SIZE OF HOME BASED BUSINESS

“One study has estimated that the total number of people who run or are employed by home based businesses in South East England is in excess of 250,000 people, equivalent to 7% of the working population of the region.(c)

“While the average home entrepreneur business has two employees (including the owner), 39% have between two and five employees, and 10% have more than five. Using these average employment numbers, Emergent Research estimates that home entrepreneur businesses currently employ roughly 13.2 million Americans, including the owner.(a)

“To put these figures in perspective, let’s compare them to U.S. employment generated by two important industrial segments: venture-backed firms and the oil and gas industry. Analysis by the National Venture Capital Association shows that companies that received venture capital backing including such corporate giants as Intel, Microsoft, and Apple – employed 10.4 million in 2006.”(a)

THE IMPACT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INTERNET ON THE ECONOMY AND HOME BASED BUSINESS

The development of the internet has been and will be the big driving force in the development of the internet related home based business. Let us have a closer look at these developments. The following information is extracts from the McKinsey report.(b)

Two billion people are connected to the internet. This number is increasing by about 200 million per annum.
Almost $8 trillion exchange hands each year through e-commerce.
About one-third of small and medium-sized businesses extensively use web technologies.
The web has made possible new waves of business models and entrepreneurship. It has transformed industries.
The internet accounts for 3.4% of the GDP of the 13 countries that was part of the study. These countries represent 70% of the world GDP. The total contribution of the internet to the world economy is $1 672 billion or 2.9% of the total GDP.
The internet accounts for 6% of the GDP of countries like Sweden and the UK.
Over the past 5 years, the internet has contributed 21% of the GDP growth of the 13 countries that were studied. These countries represent 70% of the total GDP of the world.
This is a reflection of the small and medium-sized enterprises receiving a performance boost through the internet. These companies with a strong web presence grew more than twice as quickly than those with a minimal or no web presence.
The internet has become a very significant factor in the world economy and the growth of the economy. More specifically in jobs and wealth creation.
Online marketing represents 15% of total marketing worldwide.
The search requests by individuals on hard-to-find items or information was a total of 1 trillion requests during 2009.
In the USA, web surfers made purchases worth $250 billion in 2009; in the UK, it was $63 billion or 2.9% of the GDP. The average online shopper in the USA has spent $1 773 during the year. In the UK, $2 535 was spent on average.
The study concludes that the influence of the internet on the economic growth in the world, on job creation and generating wealth, is becoming more important and stronger.
For individual companies the internet lowers costs and increases revenue, productivity and profits. The internet helps these companies to accelerate growth in the export markets and to have access to new markets.
The introduction of broadband stimulates the development of the internet in those countries where it is being introduced. The internet stimulates growth in GDP, in job creation, wealth, and increases productivity.
In France, the internet has created a total of 700 000 jobs during the past 15 years.

The research of McKinsey indicates the growth in people connected to the internet, the importance of doing business via the internet, and the big influence that these new technologies have on the GDP of the world economies.

THE INFLUENCE THESE DEVELOPMENTS HAVE ON MY HOME BASED BUSINESS

Accurate research information is not available about the expected growth in the online home based business industry. I want to make some estimates based on the information discussed above:

The annual growth in people connecting to the internet is growing with about 10%.
The ability of the internet to:
Create new jobs. Give people an extra income stream. Have their own home based business and being self-employed. These changes create many new business opportunity.
The new technologies related to the internet will create new business models that will stimulate opportunities.
More and more trading and marketing is being done via the internet due to the development of new systems and technologies.
The improved communication systems and technology makes it cheaper, less risky, and more attractive to start a home based business.
The influence of the development of the internet on the growth in the GDP of the countries in the McKinsey study has been higher during the last five years than during the previous fifteen years. The trend is upwards. Many of the conclusions in this study indicate that the influence on economic growth in the future will be higher than in the past. Some developed countries like the UK have a more people using the internet than others, for example the USA. That indicates growth in many of the developed countries.
Due to the development and introduction of broadband in the less developed countries of the world, new trading and business opportunities will become available.

There is a trend that more people who want to work from home, as indicated by the following quote: “Nevertheless, home based business owners are much more satisfied with their quality of life than other small business owners. However, the majority of home based business owners do not appear to have made a financial trade-off in order to secure this quality of life.”(c)

These new technological developments, the changes in the economic environment and changes in the social needs of people will result in a higher growth rate in internet related businesses, as well as in online home based businesses, than the 10% annual increase in people becoming connected to the internet during the next few years. If one takes into consideration that the average growth in the GDP of the world is expected to be much less than 10% per annum during this period, then there has to be good business opportunities here.

This expected growth in GDP due to internet related business activities creates many online business opportunities for the online home based business owner.

A fast changing economic, business, and technological environment needs quick and big action. The opportunity of today might have disappeared tomorrow. This is the environment in which to dream-it-plan-it-do-it big. Our team wants to support like-minded people who want to join us on this journey. Take action. Do not postpone in this business environment.

“Screw it, let’s do it!” – Richard Branson

The Main Reasons For The Growth Of The Home Based Business Industry

“Opportunity does not knock, it presents itself when you beat down the door.” – Kyle Chandler

What is the Home Based Business Industry?

An entrepreneurial business is mainly operated from home, mostly by the business owner himself. Some people refer to it as micro enterprises, working online, or small businesses. A small or micro business may not necessarily be a home based business.

It is important for the development of our home business opportunity to achieve financial independence in the global economy of the 21st century, to have a view of the total size of this industry and some views on possible future development and growth. This evaluation of the trends of the industry will help to dream-it-plan-it-do-it.

Very reliable statistical information is not freely available because these businesses are not well defined and are not part of governmental statistical planning and strategic information data. Some research and other information are available and will help us to get a broad view of the importance and trends of this industry.

Some general trends of and comments on the Business Industry:

The prospect of working from home has gained credibility over the years. It is no longer seen as a kind of part time job that the wife is doing from home while caring for her children. Take into account that most companies, about two-thirds of all companies, begin at home. That includes big companies like Apple Computer, Baskin-Robbins ice cream, Electronic Data Systems, Hallmark cards, the Lillian Vernon catalogue, and Purex.

In the USA, the average income generated by the home based business is substantial, as indicated by the following:

“Plus many home businesses do generate substantial revenue. About 35% have revenues of more than $125,000 and 8% more than $500,000. The median household income is $50,233 for households in general and roughly $75,000 for home entrepreneurs. The income for home based business owner is thus substantially higher than it is for the population as a whole.”

The home entrepreneurs business employs about 13.2 million people in the USA. It is estimated that about 50% of these are home based businesses. The assumption is that the home based businesses employs about 6.6 million people in the USA.

The home business industry is developing fast and becomes more important due to the following:

• The growth in the internet and the people connected to the internet. Two billion people are connected via the internet and this number grows by 200 million each year.

• Growth in the availability and lowering of the costs of broadband communication and connections worldwide has a positive influence on people connecting to the internet.

• The internet, increased online purchasing, money transfer mechanisms (notably PayPal), reliable global shipping, the decline in informal trade barriers and networks created through immigration have all made it easier for small businesses to serve global markets. The internet has been particularly important in enabling small businesses to cost effectively serve small market niches (the ‘long tail’ phenomenon).

• The development of computer technology, software, printers, dedicated telephone lines, and mobile phones creates new opportunities for the home based business and makes it more viable to operate a business from home. Affordable and powerful new technologies will continue to create new opportunities for the home based business. These technological developments will help to keep this industry growing.

• New innovations like:
o Express parcel delivery, distribution, cloud based IT services.
o Outsourcing, freelancing, communication technology, and the availability of skilled people in foreign countries makes it possible to not to have to perform all tasks at the premise of the home based business. It is easier to operate from a small premise at home.
o New business models have created new job opportunities for the development of home based business. Two examples are the network marketing industry, or multilevel marketing, and franchising.

• The growth of the knowledge and service based industries requires little office or working space and economies of scale does not apply.

• People are making lifestyle changes and prefer to work from home as it gives them flexibility, it saves time, and it eliminates commuting costs.

• The computer home business is not exclusively dependent on the local market to generate income, or for its financial existence; that makes this kind of business less vulnerable to economic cycles.

• Many people do need an extra source of income due to debt or other financial reasons and start their own home based business part time to generate a second income stream.

• With employer benefit packages being cut and the chances of losing a corporate job increasing, many view starting a home based business as no more risky than traditional employment. Job and income security drives people to start looking for and to develop an extra source of income for them.

• Due to demographic and social shifts. Aging baby boomers, women, Gen Y and others are all seeing home based business ownership as an increasingly viable work option. An interest in achieving work/life balance, flexibility, the opportunity to pursue a passion and working for your self are some of the reasons given for starting a home based business.

• There is a lack of corporate jobs. Large corporations have been battered by the recession. Even if the economic recovery is strong, it is unlikely that these companies will dramatically increase hiring. Instead of hiring full-time staff, they will stay flexible and lean through the increased use of technology, contractors, partnerships, and outsourcing. As a result, starting a home based business will be the best, and in many cases, the only option for corporate refugees.

“Nevertheless, owners are much more satisfied with their quality of life than other small business owners. However, the majority of owners do not appear to have made a financial trade-off in order to secure this quality of life.”

The number of people connected to the internet is growing very fast. Broadband is becoming more available in the world. The internet support technology and mobile applications of communication is growing at an astronomical rate. These developments create new opportunities for the internet related businesses.

It is being considered by some researchers that these developments will have a greater influence on the world economy than any economic revolution in history.

“Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.” – Thomas A. Edison

“The first one gets the oyster, the second gets the shell.” – Andrew Carnegie

These technological developments and innovations will create more and new opportunities to dream-it-plan-it-do-it big. The home business opportunities and the industry will boom. The true entrepreneurs will grab them. Do you want to be part of this? Join the team.

How Does Automatic Transmission Change Gears

As drivers, we know how the transmission works: we push the clutch in, change the gear and then continue driving normally. Manual transmission also teaches us how to perform clutch control without stalling or rolling on an incline. So how does an automatic car change gears?

There are more parts in this system that makes it a more complicated system. An automatic car has something called a torque converter. For the car to move forward, whether manual or automatic, torque is needed for the initial momentum.

The torque converter is a fluid link where its job is to connect the engine to the transmission and the transmission to the driven wheels (Front Wheel Drive or Rear Wheel Drive).

The engine is connected to the transmission in a bell housing. This is where the torque converter is. The transmission also contains something called planetary gear sets which provide different gear ratios.

The engine’s flex plate is also connected to this torque converter. So the torque converter basically takes the place of a clutch in an automatic car. When the crankshaft rotates it also rotates the converter. This is how the torque converter will disconnect and connect the engine’s power to the load being driven.

The torque converter has main components that make automatic transmission successful. These include:

  • The impeller – connected to the engine which is responsible for driving the turbine using viscous forces on the transmission fluid.
  • The turbine – connected to the transmission input shaft that sends the torque force to the transmission.
  • The stator – which sits between the impeller and the turbine. It lessens churning losses.
    The lock up clutch.

During the compression of the fluid it returns from the turbine that works against the impeller and its rotating movement that also acts on the engine.

The stator redirects the fluid so that the majority of the velocity gets driven towards the impeller which then adds to the torque produced by the motor. It can only rotate in one direction if the impeller and turbine are moving at the same speed. Stators do not apply torque when on a highway, only when coming to a stop or accelerating.

A planetary gear set consists of a sun gear and planet gears which rotate around the central sun gear, like our solar system. A planet carrier gear connects the planet gears with a ring gear that meshes them. The planetary gear set prevents certain components from moving when using clutches and brakes. This alters the input and the output of the system that changes the overall gear ratio.

Depending on which component is fixed it will determine the final gear ratio. If a ring gear is stationery or fixed, the ratio will be shorter than if the sun gear is fixed or stationery.

Brakes Noises Solutions

There will come a time whilst you are driving that you will have problems with your brakes. You might not notice it immediately but once you start to hear the noises, know that there is something wrong.

First thing’s first. Slowly pull over to the side of the road as soon as you start to hear these noises. Make sure that you keep a good distance from the road in case you have a flat tyre instead and need to change it.

These are the different noises your brakes make that you should be fully aware of:

Grinding – grinding is usually the sound of two metal pieces rubbing together. So know that this means that you have a severely damaged brake pad. Without a brake pad, there is nothing that is stopping you safely. It is recommended that you do not continue to drive as it could prevent you from stopping at a traffic light.

Knocking from the rear – this constant annoying sound you hear when applying brakes indicates that there is a problem with the rear drums. There could be a possibility that the brake or rear drum has been resurfaced which is causing that knocking sound. Fixing this problem can be done by yourself but it would be wise to get a technician to fix it.

Squeaking – this is a sign that wear has been done to the brakes. If not fixed it could be dangerous to you. The squeaking sound is usually caused by a wear indicator. This lets the driver know that wear is being detected. Make sure that you get the brakes replaced immediately. You can still drive a good distance before being in danger but make sure that they get replaced soon.

If you are aware of the problem whilst you are driving and know that the problem is dangerous to you and other drivers make sure that you switch your hazard lights on and drive slowly and calmly. If your brakes don’t work at all, release the accelerator and slowly move into the side lane. With the car losing momentum you will eventually come to a stop. Engine braking will also assist the car to slow down. Engine braking is achieved by gearing down.

When you are close to coming to a stop, pull up the hand brake slowly so that your wheels don’t lock up thus making you swerve around dangerously.

The Mercedes Tuning – What Are The Reasons To Tune Your Vehicle?

We are very well aware of the shooting fuel prices in the market. Hence, it is crucial to tune your Mercedes, so that it delivers great mpg. There are many reasons of the Mercedes tuning like better acceleration, enhanced torque, great economy, more power, healthier engine etc.

We have seen rapid growth in the technology in the field of automobiles. The super chip tuning technology is developed especially for the premium cars like Mercedes. The tuning is efficient for both the petrol and diesel version of car. It will ensure that your car gives best performance without any hassle.

Importance of tuning

Once the vehicle is tuned, it will reduce the emission and improve the performance by 15%. It is quite obvious that tuning will help your vehicle in multiple ways. However, you must tune the vehicle timely to avoid any inconvenience. The experts recommend visiting to the mechanic once in three months. The professionals will make sure that none of the part needs repairing.

As the fuel prices have increased, so does the dependency on vehicles. It is crucial to keep your car in good shape. If you maintain the car properly, then the car will run efficiently for long years without any hassle. Else, it would require regular repairing that will ultimately lead to lower mpg and reduce the performance.

What to consider while tuning the exhaust system?

The exhaust system of the Mercedes includes a front pipe, exhaust manifold, catalyst converter, silencer, exhaust tip and tail pipe. While tuning the system, muffler is the easiest to deal. The professionals will replace the stock muffler with high performance muffler.

As a result, you will get a free flow exhaust system. You must keep in mind that the inlet and outlet pipe of the muffler is of the same size as front and tail pipe. Check out the diameter of tail and front pipe. They must have same dimensions for better performance. Other terms of the exhaust system is a little complicated to understand. You must have knowledge of the engine’s power band, exhaust back pressure and usable RPM.

If excessive pressure is produced by the system, then it will have a negative impact on the performance of the engine. This will restrict the flow of exhaust gases. As a result, the engine will be inefficient to expel exhaust gases. Ultimately, it would lead to much reduced engine power.

Dos and the don’ts

Make sure that you never attach pea-shooter instead of the exhaust system to the engine. You must also not install a 10 inch wastewater pipe. In case the exhaust pipe is big enough, then it will lead to much reduced flow velocity of the gases. You have to keep in mind to get the exhaust back pressure perfect.

While tuning the exhaust system, the professionals aim to increase the power of the engine by the right exhaust tuning.
